Returns & Replacements
Corridor is committed to providing you with quality products. Our goal is to ensure the merchandise you order is received in an accurate and timely manner. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ITEM YOU ARE PURCHASING IS CORRECT. If you are uncertain about an item, feel free to contact us to get more information before making your final purchase. Defective Merchandise may be returned for replacement. Customized/personalized-manufactured merchandise that has product defects due to an error on the part of Corridor may be returned for replacement within 14 days of purchase. Your new personalized product will be shipped within 7 business days after Corridor received your returned merchandise. Contact us at 913-362-0600 for a return authorization and shipping instructions prior to returning merchandise.
Non-Refundable Conditions for Corridor Products:
- Any opened item
- Any and all downloadable content
- All custom/personalized-manufactured merchandise. This includes Success Packs and Policies and Procedure Manuals.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Restocking Charges: The restocking charge is 15% of the purchase price of the item.
