includes state specific addendums for non-medical in-home personal care
services. The operational and human resources policies are considered best
practices and are aligned with state regulations as applicable. The manual is
customizable to further meet your organizational needs. The manual is copyright
protected and can be utilized by only one office.
An update subscription is required to receive state specific updates to the state addendums.
Delivery is electronic in MS Word file format via a secure web portal. An email with access instructions will be delivered in 5-7 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
