The Joint Commission Home Health Policies and Procedures
manuals are based on CMS Conditions of Participation, and Joint Commission
standards. Included with the Operational Policies and Procedures is a Human
Resources manual, which contains job descriptions and competency checklists for
clinical positions. The manuals are customizable to further meet your agency
needs. These manuals are copyright protected and can be utilized by only one
provider number.
Updates will be auto-renewed in February 2025. Starting in 2025, updates will be released annually in December, with supplemental updates released during the year, as necessary.
Maintaining manuals with the most current regulatory requirements is a priority
for Corridor. This ensures our clients meet the highest possible standards for
their organization.
